Problem
A national non-for-profit secured two high-profile celebrities to attend their private event held during a conference in a state where they currently had no relationships. In addition, they only had three weeks to put together a high-class, well-attended event with the “right” people.
Solution
We conducted research on all conference attendees as well as those who were residents in the state in which the conference was being held. The research included bios, prioritizes invitation lists, and email addresses for potential invitees. Once invitees were agreed upon, we secured a venue, produced an invitation, provided follow up, managed the RSVP process, communicated event directions to each guest and provided dignitary support and coordinated all logistics for a large reception and private dinner. Follow up to the event included providing contact information and strategy for follow up with potential donors. The result: the non for profit identified and secured new donors and increased their visibility and reputation in an area of the country they had not engaged.
