Cultivating New Ground

Problem

A billion-dollar manufacturing company wanted to host a celebration party in recognition of their 90th Anniversary and did not have internal staff to manage and did not want to pay an outrageous cost. Objectives for the event included telling their story and sharing their core values while showcasing global products, new leadership, and vision for the future to their bankers, customers, vendors, employees, and family members.

Solution

After spending time listening to the company’s leadership and reading the historical documents of the company, IE organized a gala dinner with the themes of innovation, problem-solving, and quality relationships woven through each detail of the event. Starting with a memorable invitation and venue that communicated the idea of the never-ending frontier, LWCO assisted in developing the right invitation list to include the civic leadership and then produced and managed every detail of the gala.  The event was a reception, a sit-down dinner that included two videos, a keynote speaker, and gifts for the attendees. Videos produced for the event had multiple uses throughout the year. The result: an extraordinary evening that effectively and positively communicated the company’s values, products, and vision for the future and strengthened relationships with all stakeholders.
